Chief Instructor, Mike McKenzie,  appointed as Development Officer at British Taekwondo.

The appointment is effective as of January 29th 2013.

Mike brings a wealth of experience into the role and is firmly committed in guiding and supporting British Taekwondo agenda in growing participation and delivering across the key objectives as set out in our Strategic Plan. He will be specifically focused on our Club and Coach Development programmes, as well as having responsibilities in the Martial Arts Technical Committee and University and Colleges sector.

Ieda Gomes, Non-Executive Chair commented “I am delighted to welcome Mike into the role of Development Officer. He will make an excellent addition to our staff and will I am sure play his part in delivering our goals.
