Cayden Cunningham Seminar

On Saturday, September 14th, 2024, Quest Taekwondo had the honor of hosting Caden Cunningham, an Olympic Silver Medallist and one of our own. The seminar, which took place at the Quest Taekwondo Centre, was a special event for our club. Caden, who once trained with us as a Cadet and Junior Athlete, has since risen to the world stage as part of the GB National Team, achieving success at the highest levels of competition.

This event marked a significant milestone, as it was the first time in Quest's history that one of our former athletes returned to lead an Olympian seminar. Since 2000, Quest has proudly hosted seminars with Olympians and, more recently, Paralympians. Having Caden back to share his journey was an inspiring moment for everyone involved.

The seminar was divided into two sessions, with guest clubs attending the morning session and Quest members in the afternoon. Caden, embodying the Quest mission of educating, entertaining, and inspiring, delivered an engaging and memorable experience for all participants. He reflected on his time training at past Olympian seminars and how they shaped his career.

From Q&A sessions and autograph signings to an energetic training session, Caden made a lasting impression. We're grateful for his time and look forward to welcoming him back soon. The day was filled with learning, laughter, and plenty of motivation as we celebrated the success of one of Quest' finest.
