Children in Need

The parent participation session is a cracking opportunity to raise some good money for Children in Need, while also giving parents, family, and friends a proper insight into what Taekwondo training's all about. It's a grand chance for them to step into our world and see first-hand what we do here at Quest. We've even had a fair few parents get the Taekwondo bug and sign up themselves after giving this session a go!

Now, don't you worry about fitness levels or flexibility – this training session is open to all, no matter if you're as bendy as a broomstick or as fit as a fiddle. Everyone will be welcomed with open arms, and there'll be no pressure to do anything beyond your own comfort level. All our Quest Coaches are fully trained in first aid, including CPR, so you're in safe hands from start to finish.

The session's bound to be a right laugh for most folks - well, maybe not everyone! But we reckon there'll be plenty of smiles and a fair bit of giggling going on. And as for those parents who reckon they're Taekwondo experts from the comfort of their own sofa, we'll be giving them some "special consideration" based on all that couch-based knowledge!

Rest assured, there won't be any sparring involved for non-members - we're keeping it light and friendly.

We'd love it if all our Quest members could give their family or friends a nudge to join us for this session. The more, the merrier!

For anyone who's not a member, we'd kindly ask for a donation to Children in Need - £10 would be smashing, though it's totally up to you. Donations can be popped into the club account or brought in cash on the day - just use 'CIN' as the reference if you're paying online.

So go on, get involved, and enjoy watching Terry Wogan and Pudsey Bear with a right clear conscience the next day, knowing you've done your bit!
