Back in April, we were proud to host:-

Marie Tidball has since become the Labour MP for Penistone and Stocksbridge and in her maiden speech to Parliament, referenced Quest Taekwondo.

On the day, we had representation from Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Fitness to discuss our activities. They saw firsthand the dedication, discipline, and skill displayed by our members across all ages and levels. During their visit, they observed our members training and spoke with our coaches to learn about the many benefits Taekwondo brings to the community.

It was an inspiring experience for everyone involved, as our guests could see how Taekwondo instills confidence, respect, and resilience in our students. Our young athletes demonstrated a variety of techniques and training routines, showcasing the physical and mental discipline involved in martial arts. The MP and councillors were particularly impressed by the supportive environment we foster – one that values respect, personal growth, and community spirit.
